Smash and GRab

Footy Addicts faced Pana FC with both teams desperately looking for a win to help their cause in this year’s 7 a side South London League.

The game was entertaining with the typical one team has most of the ball and the other team defends well and counters which produced goals, chances, penalties, dubious decisions from the referees… it truly had it all in this fixture!

Some excellent skills and finishes in this game. Certainly one to watch! See highlights of the match below or head over to our YouTube channel for the extended version.

The Get Back?

Carpe Assembled faced Reggae Boyz again and were keen to make amends in their first game where they were on the receiving end of a 7-1 defeat.

Reggae Boyz certainly took a step back with a new look side and took a while for them to gel, get going and show their slick passing, combinations and cohesion that they have showed throughout this season.

Sooner or later, they were going to get it right and once they did, found themselves 4-0 up with plenty of time left in the second half.

Carpe Assembled showed some spirit and were able to pull the game back to 4-2 but at this point, Reggae Boyz went down a couple of gears and remained composed to see. out the game and remain unbeaten.
