Two very one-side matches in Week 4 of the South London League.

SRC took on Pana FC in the 7 a side South London League at Streatham Vale, London first which promised to be a close contest between two similar teams.

The match saw both sides have momentum and it was Pana FC who made their dominant periods count. Some David De Gea like saves kept SRC at bay and they were able to deliver on the other end with some clinical finishes from their defender, Ricciardo.

A new look Pana FC with some players returning injury and their tails certainly look to. be up as they were much more assured on the ball and minimised their defensive mistakes which were their achilles heel up until now.

SRC definitely missed a number of their key players and it showed as they were not able to keep hold of the ball and be as dangerous as they usually are in their previous fixtures.

Pana FC ran out 5-0 winners and finally have their win in the South London League. Let’s see if they are now able to gain some momentum to build a title challenge.

Some absolute rockets in this fixture! See highlights of the match below or head over to our YouTube channel for the extended version.

Top of the table clash!

Reggae Boyz took on El Rafico in a highly anticipated match which was sure to be a tough fixture with their recent performances.

However, El Rafico got a rude awakening as Reggae Boyz asserted their dominance from the first minute to the last and looked like they were never in trouble.

El Rafico enjoyed spells where they were able to win the ball back in dangerous areas but their counter attacks lacked conviction which led to numerous missed opportunities.

Once the first goal went in for Reggae Boyz, it was a matter of how many and when they were going to score again as El Rafico were not able to contain or disrupt their flow.

Reggae Boyz have stamped their authority in this 7 a side league and keen to go unbeaten! Who can beat them? The other teams certainly need to up their gameplans when coming against this bunch or are in for a tough time chasing shadows.
